Thursday night workout


I did a quicky 5k jog with Humana fit! 
Distance: 3.31mi, time: 00:27:20, pace: 8:15min/mi, speed: 7.27mi/h.



30 crunches
10 burpees
15 push-ups
15 twist crunches each side
10 burpees
15 push-ups
30 crunches
10 burpees
15 push-ups
