Tuesday night workout
30 minute upper body workout with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.
I enjoy the way he keeps challenge me with the workouts and excited to see me progress. I am really working on getting stronger for the next Spartan Race, which I am trying to get things workout for the April 6, 2013 Nevada Super Spartan.

I did a training jog tonight of 4.32 miles in 39:32 with an average pace of 9:09 min/mile.
I am training for the Pat's Run & Super Spartan as part of my training towards a full marathon next Jan.

Sunday afternoon workout
I
did a light jog with kids riding bike/scooter with Humana fit!
Distance: 3.08mi, time: 00:47:38, pace: 15:28min/mi, speed: 3.88mi/h.

Also did 30 burpees, 10 pull-ups, 30 crunches, and 30 jumping jacks while the kids played.

I AM SPARTAN!
I AM SPARTAN!!! AROO!!! AROO!!! I completed the Arizona Spartan Sprint this afternoon in 1:36:15. It was a great and challenging race even though it was cold and wind today for it.
