Tuesday night workout

30 minute full body workout with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  It was a great to be working out with him again after a short break.

I did a group jog with Sole Sports Running Zone with Humana fit! 
Distance: 7.21mi, time: 01:12:39, pace: 10:04min/mi, speed: 5.96mi/h.
