Rogue Runner

I completed the  Rogue Runner Race yesterday afternoon in an estimated time of 1 hr 20 minutes.  It was a fun race and good obstacles, but needing some work on there organization for running the event.  Looking forward to my next race next weekend which is the Super Spartan Nevada.

Wednesday night form traing

I went to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for the Newton natural running form clinic.  I was a very good clinic that gave me some great tips on running better and more efficiently.  Will change one of my running days in to a form day for working on mastering my running form.
