Thursday night workout

30 minute upper body workout with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  


I did a quick jog to work with Humana fit! 
Distance: 2.30mi, time: 00:23:42, pace: 10:19min/mi, speed: 5.82mi/h.




Then

I did a quick jog back home with Humana fit! 
Distance: 2.19mi, time: 00:21:32, pace: 9:49min/mi, speed: 6.11mi/h.
