Tuesday night workout

30 minute legs, abs & lower back body workout with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  Then a 30 minute break/car ride to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for their group run:

Distance: 5.05mi, time: 00:47:52, pace: 9:29min/mi, speed: 6.32mi/h.
