Tuesday night workout

30 minute full body workout with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  It was a nice hard workout, which I just love the challenge of them being that way.  Then a 30 minute break/car ride to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for their group run:



I did a group run with Sole Sports with Humana fit! 
Distance: 4.65mi, time: 00:45:46, pace: 9:50min/mi, speed: 6.10mi/h.
