Thursday night workout

30 minute legs & abs workout with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  It was a great workout and enjoy the feeling of improving as the weights keep adding up.  Then a 30 minute break/car ride to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for their group run:



Training group run. If I do this good or better I will PR and maybe meet my goal on Saturday morning at the Pat's run.
