Thursday night training

30 minute full body strength training with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  I got a special treat of a one on one night since on one else showed up.  It makes for a great focused workout that pushes me a little more. Then a 30 minute break/car ride to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for their group run:
