Tuesday night training

30 minute full body strength training with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  Then a 30 minute break/car ride to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for their group run:


I had a nice group run tonight with Sole Sports Scottsdale group run.
