Tuesday night training

25 minute upper body & abs strength training with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”

Then I tried out a 45 min "Insanity" demo class at AZ Extreme Fit.  It was an intense, but good workout and would be willing to do it again.  Only if I don't do any other workouts before it, because it is a serious workout.
