Tuesday night training

30 minute upper body strength training with Erik of Life Recovery Fitness “Get Your Life Back”.  Then a 30 minute break/car ride to Sole Sports Running Zone Scottsdale for their group run:

It might be a week late, but I did complete the full 78.6+ miles for the triple marathon.  Thank you for your support!
