I got today's planks in:
Standard for 4 min 30 sec
Challenge for 1 min 50 sec
I replaced my damaged bladder in my running vest with a GeigerRig hydration system and then had to have it warrantied. They did is quickly. So, I asked GeigerRig if I could put their logo on my running vest for the Spartan Beast, and this is what they sent me. SWEET!!!
Two logo patch, a Spartan Race velcro patch & an extra bulb cover.
