Wednesday & updates

Today is my rest day from training and the plank challenge.

Rest days are just as important as training days.  They give the body time to recover and relax from the training.  You can still can be active on your rest day by doing yoga or light activities.  I find that it is a good day to make sure that what you are doing is what you are needing.

I did make a few updated to the Sponsorship page.
