I did 4 set of:
10 box jumps (20"-24")

I did the free Spartan workout this morning. It was a great workout and a bit tough because of the boot camp style.
Healing scraped up knees and asphalt aren't a good combination, but didn't stop me from doing the workouts. Still need to work on building the endurance in my shoulders. I am looking forward to another day of it tomorrow morning.
