I did the SGX (Spartan Group X) workout tonight with Chris Rutz at Power in Motion Crossfit, and it was awesome. A tough workout, but if it isn't tough I am not moving forward in my training. Go to see about finding a way to be able to do more of these training sessions, because they are what I really need to keep on track and move forward with my training. Still did my burpees today, but at the end of the workout.
Day 9: 38 burpees DONE! AROO!
