Thanksgiving training

A Thanksgiving hike/run on Camelback with my WOD at the top



Spartan Thanksgiving WOD done on top of Camelback:
21 Burpees for Turkey - 2 servings (including in daily burpee count)
15 min jog for Mashed potatoes
10 min jog for Sweet potatoes
20 Squats for Cranberry sauce - 2servings
10 Crunches for Green bean casserole
30 sec Plank for Stuffing
30 Mountain climbers

Spartan Race
Day 12:  41 burpees DONE! AROO!
