Tuesday training

Day 3:  32 burpees DONE! AROO!

I also did shoulder workout by Joe Di Stefano co-founder of Spartan Coaching. 

Week 2: (sets x reps)
Body Saw:  3 x 8
Elevated push-ups of stairs:  3 x 8
Bear crawl on flat ground: 4 x 20 second holds then walk 20 feet
