Sunday Spartan 30

I went to the Power in Motion Crossfit's Spartan prep course and learned some great tips.  I also had a great workout with the them.

Warm up:
PVC pipe shoulder stretches
Animal movements
5 Burpees

WOD:
5x 500M rowing
5x 400M running

I completed it in just of 25 minutes, which was the 3rd fast time for the weekend.
