Sunday training

A short training trail run at my favorite place close to me Papago park.

I also did a small 20 minute abs session and 30 squats on the SurfSET board.

I ran with MapMyFitness! Distance: 2.35mi, time: 31:03, pace: 13:14min/mi, speed: 4.53mi/h.
