Thursday training

Tonight's workout was 2 set of 30 squats because I didn't realize you had to hold the record button for video.  Oh well.  Then 5 push-ups before and between each of these 30 crunches, 30 leg raises, 30 sec flutter kicks, 30 sec mountain climbers and 30 crunches.  All of them done on a SurfSET board, which makes for a great work out.
