Wednesday training

I did my 30 squats for today as a warmup before this workout with my daughter, which was bring your parent night at cheer. It was a way to work on coordination.  So, we got a 5 minutes of stretching and 35 minutes workout learning their cheer dance and cheer routines.  It is a fun time that I do each season with her.
