Since I was unable to the Pat's run (in memory of Pat Tillman) I am do a (Tillman) workout with 42 reps of each:
Burpees
Sit ups
Cherry pickers
Leg raises
Squats (body weight)
Push ups
Lunges

Monday training

I had to work late and wasn't able to get my trail run in before it got dark.

So, I worked a bit on the upper and abs with:

3 set of 15 push-ups, 30 crunches, 30 cherry pickers, 5 pull-ups, 30 leg raises

A combo training trail run at Papago park, which was 3.6 miles of Rollings hills around the golf course and and the large butte.  Then carried my 20 lbs sandbag out and around the small butte for the remaining 1.3 miles.
