I have had some thing come up in my life and I have let my workout slip, but tonight I restarted with a really light workout to at least say that I did something again. I realize I they really do help add some balance and release to my life. So, tonight became the restart of my training! AROO!
I did 15 push-up, 10 pull-up, 30 crunches, 40 cherry pickers (20 each side) and 60 second plank, which it felt good to do! AROO!
