Monday training

I also spent 45 minutes at the gym working on my legs, which seem to be still in pretty good form.

Monday training

I just completed a training trail run of two small laps with a small hill climb in each with RunKeeper http://runkeeper.com/activity?userId=30039243&trip=456798310

Also spent a hour at the gym working on legs, and a few burpees.

Sunday training

Spent an hour at the gym working on my abs, arms, and animal movements, which felt good.  Also found my old nemesis at this gym also. (see picture below)

Monday night I will have my fitness assessment to see where I am at and what they suggest I do to improve in the area I want to.

Thursday training
